Payment and Shipping Policies

 

All prices listed are in USD = United States Dollars.

1. Feats of Clay by Tere Perry currently accepts personal checks or money orders for payments of orders and shipping. Paypal capability will be added in the near future.

2. Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment, if the items are in stock.
                 (Personal checks must clear the bank first.) Custom orders’ shipping time will be dependent on item.

3. Order will be verified by email prior to shipping in order to insure accuracy.

4.  Shipping costs to be paid by buyer unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs determined by United States Postal Service current postage rates.

 

5. Feats of Clay coupons or discounts must be redeemed at time of order placement.

6. Feats of Clay does not offer refunds but will accept items for exchange if:

                 (a) Feats of Clay is notified within 15 days of the date of shipment of the intent to exchange the  item.
                 (b) The item arrives back in the same condition it was shipped out, within 30 days of initial                                                 shipment date.
                 (c) Customer pays all shipping costs associated with exchange.
                 (d) Feats of Clay reserves the right to limit returns.
                 (e) NO Exchange of items sold “As Is” or marked “No Exchange.”
